Over the summer, Girl Up Edinburgh hosted a series of webinars ‘Exploring Covid-19’s Intersectional Impact On Women & Girls Worldwide‘.
Their mission is to unite all women and girls in the commonalities of our COVID-19 experiences, while emphasising intersecting factors, including race, gender, sexuality, ability, class, as well as political, economic, social, and environmental considerations, that uniquely exacerbate the pandemic’s devastation.
